A Vision Brought to Life
Dubrovnik Heritage Residences is a once-in-a-generation restoration project within the UNESCO-protected perimeter of Dubrovnik's Old Town. Six historic stone buildings are being meticulously transformed into six extraordinary luxury residences.
Working closely with heritage conservation authorities, the project preserves centuries-old Dalmatian stone facades while introducing contemporary interiors of the highest calibre. Original architectural details — vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, timber beams — are restored and celebrated alongside modern comforts.
Each residence occupies an entire building, offering the rare privilege of a private townhouse within one of Europe's most iconic walled cities. Private roof terraces frame views of the terracotta rooftops and the azure Adriatic beyond.
